Final
In this stage, the space is given another thorough clean to address any remaining dirt or smudges. Floors are swept and mopped, carpets are vacuumed, and any overlooked spots are addressed. This step ensures that the site is spotless and ready for presentation or another inspection.
Reclean/Touch Up
The last phase is typically a touch-up clean as it might be necessary to address any settled dust, custom repairs, or smudges that have appeared since the final clean. At times, the previous cleaning step may need to be repeated. This ensures that the space remains pristine and ready for occupancy or the final inspection.

Typically include tasks like dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and maintaining restrooms, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for employees and customers.
Basic
This clean involves routine tasks such as vacuuming, garbage disposal, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain general cleanliness and hygiene.
Standard
This clean includes our BASIC tasks plus additional services like mopping and thorough restroom and breakroom cleaning.
Complete
This clean involves a comprehensive and thorough cleaning of an office space, beyond our STANDARD cleaning tasks. It includes detailed attention to all areas, such as wiping down glass doors, disinfecting high touch surfaces, and dusting high and low areas. The aim is to ensure a pristine and hygienic environment, enhancing the workspace's overall appearance and health standards.
